We associate with The Professional Couriers and Blue Dart for delivering products within India. For overseas shipment, we associate with FedEx, DHL, WNX (World Net Express) etc.

No! Shipping Charges does not include Duties, Taxes and Octroi charges.
Q. How may days will you take to deliver the products from the date of placing the order?
Shipping to Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry will take a maximum of 3 business days, 4 business days to ship to Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, 5 business days to ship to other states and 7 business days for overseas shipments.
Q. When will you process the orders?
We will process the orders by next day from the date of receipt of the order. If any issue in the payment, our payment gateway team will intimate to us. We will process that type of orders after clearing the issue.
Q. Can I Choose the Date of Delivery of the product to me?
Yes, you can Choose the Date of Delivery but only for the ‘Ready to ship’ items in our online inventory at the time of placing the order.
Q. Do you Deliver the products on the exact date as per our selection?
We take all efforts to Deliver the products a day in advance to the date of your choice so as to avoid any disappointment to you. We believe Customer is the King.
Q. How can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
You can intimate the new address via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, if there is any change in the shipping address. However, it would be impossible to change the delivery address if the particular order has already been shipped before receiving your email.

No, it is not possible to give multiple delivery addresses in a single order. However, you can place different orders if you have multiple shipping addresses.

Q. How long will it take for the cancelled amount to be credited back to my account?
Time to refund will depend on your bank process. Normally it takes a minimum of 2 to 3 business days from the date of refund or cancel of Credit/Debit card, Net Banking payments.

If our Payment Gateway Team finds any incorrect details while checking your order, they will ask you for some documents for verification purpose to complete the process. This is called Manual Authorisation.

Q. How will I check whether my order has been dispatched?
An instant e-mail with the information about the shipment of your order will be sent to you, as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier agency. Also, we will update you with a Tracking Number within 24 hours so as to let you track your shipment on your own.
Q. How will I find out whether my order has been delivered?
We will send you the delivery status of your order to your e-mail id.
Q. Can I get a replacement/exchange if I’m dissatisfied with the design of the product?
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange/replace the product provided that it is unused and is in their original condition. Exchange/replacement must be made within three days from the date of delivery, and only one exchange per item is permitted.
Q. Are there any charges applicable for replacement/exchanged products, in case I’m returning it because I’m dissatisfied with the product?
All replacement/exchanged goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice should be enclosed with it. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return-shipping charges will be applicable.
